On the Friday of Carers Week, the Lambeth Carers Card team will also be live on Facebook chatting about the support on offer to unpaid carers via the Lambeth Carers Card, answering questions from carers, local community members and professionals.

The Lambeth Carers Card connects unpaid carers to helpful information, emergency planning resources and support.
