A small group of Collaborative members and friends returned for Breakfast at Loughborough Farm on November 11 2021. The last live Collaborative Breakfast had been at Abbevilles Restaurant on March 12 2020 when the focus was on peer support and when we had no idea that would be our last live meeting for sometime.
We have been blessed since then with Zoom breakfasts every two weeks enabled by inspiring Chair David Monk, David Orekoya, Associate Director, Integrated Commissioning – Mental Health NHS SEL London, CCG (Lambeth) and Lambeth Council and Jon Goodall, Living Well Network Alliance Development & Commissioning Manager. Special thanks to Joiss Munetsi, Primary Care Mental Health Development Manager who was at the helm for much of 2020 – 2021.
It was wonderful to return to the Farm to meet old friends and make new and think about those we have lost on this Remembrance Day. We are sad to report that GP Ray Walsh passed away in May 2021. He had been a true inspiration to the Collaborative and visited the farm on a previous safari, see below.
